What Day Is It?

Ever wake up in a panic not knowing what day it is? That happened to me this morning around 7am. We set the alarm for 6am, but it was accidentally set for pm and it was daylight when I woke up. I was convinced it was Saturday until Josh informed me it was Thursday.

We finished up day four of Insanity. Today was a struggle for me...my sore throat from last month seems to be coming back and I'm just tired. Luckily today was 38 minutes of recovering cardio. Which was still hard, but nothing compared to the past couple of days. Want to see my GoWear Fit calorie burn?

Wednesday 2,703 total

Thursday 2,419 (so far)

And there you have it...keepin' on. Did you do anything today even though you didn't want to? Were too tired? Didn't feel well?

Good for you! I’ll use any excuse to keep form exercising but when it comes to work, my husband or cleaning around the house I always follow through.
And I randomly decided Monday morning to start the No S Diet as well and I love it so far! It makes things a lot simpler and the chocolate chip cookies on the counter don’t seem so evil knowing I could eat them for breakfast in 36 hours . . . lol

I wake up often and don’t know what day it is? Sometimes I lay in bed until I remember:) How pathetic am I?

Great job on that exercise program!

I need to brag on Nathan. He didn’t want to run yesterday, but he did anyway. Actually, he doesn’t even want to run the half at all, he just is to support me. He’s such a good man!

Yesterday, I didn’t feel like getting up early, and working out- but I did! Today, I did the same thing (a little easier every day). But, today I pushed myself and did Zumba AND Pilates!

  5. Wow! Good for you. Stick with it!

And today it’s Friday! Day 5 of INSANITY tonight ;)

Hi Lorrie! I found your blog a while ago and have been enjoying your posts (not sure if I ever commented, though). I just wanted to let you know that everytime your page uploads and I see your profile picture I think, “Gosh. What a pretty girl!”. :) ~ Angie

  8. You’re doing great! Keep it up!

I totally didn’t want to go to the gym yesterday—we had a snow day, the weather was dreary and I was tired. So I napped first and then killed it at the gym with a 12+ mile bike ride, 1 mile jog and 1.4 mile walk!

  10. Keep on keepin’ on. I had to work even though I didn’t feel like it. haha

I use bodybugg. How do you get your stats up on the screen. I just found you and I too am trying to get fit and down to a healthy BMI.

Thank God for the support that you have in Josh. That little boost could make the difference in the effort that so many are involved in when it comes to attaining that ideal size. Two heads, after all, are better than one.
