I usually drink more orange juice to "up" my vitamin C and this seems to help a lot with recovery from a cold. It's so important to rest when you need it (or want it)...I make Sundays "MY DAY" which means I do what I want to do...relax...with some nice hot tea and my 50 inch plasma..with my kitty sleeping peacefully on my couch...yessssss...everyone needs a "MY DAY!" When I lived in Seattle, I bought a house anf fixed it up. Lost my shorts on it. When we moved to Minnesota two years ago, we bought a house that was only two years old at the time and needed nothing....Wise move said grasshopper.
