Jenny Craig will also provide counselors to help you along the way, which can really be an asset for accountability. If you follow this plan, remain positive and focused plus add exercise you will succeed!

Jenny Craig costs approximately 20-50$ a month depending on their current rates and deals, plus the cost of food that can be around $14 a day. I think the food pricing is pretty realistic and may even be lower than what you are currently spending on food. I like to think of Jenny Craig as weight training. This plan coaches you and teaches you how to eat better and they meet with you every week via phone or in person.
