Good morning! I knew this was going to be my breakfast as soon as I put those dang cantaloupe cubes in the freezer. Not sure how this concoction would turn out though...
1 cup low fat organic yogurt (normally would use full fat)
1/2 cup frozen organic peaches
3 large cubes of frozen cantaloupe
Blend until everything is smooth. Add 1/4 Cup organic whole milk (or whatever you use) to thin it out
Add half serving granola, blend until even smoother. Pour into a bowl and top with remaining granola.
It is so good! I mean really, really surprisingly delicious. I feel physically good after eating it too.

There are so many ways to change this recipe up, I'm thinking a half banana might be nice too. What are you having for breakfast?

this morning, i had two small slices of french bread with grape jelly, apple slices, and orange juice. it was really yummy! for the past few months, i have not been eating breakfast, but i’ve started eating it again this week and it’s amazing to me how much better i feel in the mornings now.
ps – i got mockingjay last night, too! woot!!
This sounds/looks really good! I think with some tweeks I could make this work for my Low-Carb life.

Breakfast:
I had 2 hard boiled eggs, and toast (sugar free bread)
Along with an Angry Iced Coffee (recipe on my blog)
Mmmmmm looks yummy I bought the Fit bare naked gf granola I wonder how it would taste with this! I’m going to try it this week!
