I am not sure what WW products are available around the world, but I know here in Australia weight watchers have supermarket products for everything from sauces to icecreams and frozen dinners...
Has anybody tried them? I often look at them and would like to try them but as I don't officially follow the points system, I never do....
If they are yummy though I am sure they will be better than the "full fat" and "full sugar" options I find myself reaching for instead _________________ "If weight is a state of mind, I'm a Super Model" |

I have tried a lot of the products. The frozen meals are pretty good, but many of them have a lot of sodium to make up for the lack of fat. I also sometimes still felt hungry after having one. I found that the pasta meals were the most filling.
A friend of mine eats the ice cream a lot. She says its great because she can treat herself without any guilt! (I might just eat the whole box) |
