| I love spicy food and curries were a weak spot. I have been using the WW equivalent recipes and they are great. Not quite as rich as the Real thing, but I guess thatīs the point! |

| The monthly, or bi-monthly magazine is also a good source of info and recipes. Plus ww bring new cookbooks out on a regular basis. Sometimes all we need is a little more variety. |

OK Iīve done it, joined today for the online system. I have spent the last 6 or 7 weeks doing it alone, and this last 2 weeks fell off the wagon and ate pizza and crisps! Lost 4 kg and put 2 back on. No excuse, but perhaps I need the extra support.
Tip, I scoured the web for promotional codes and saved 30 euros ( about 40 dollars ) getting a double discount!
Hope it works, watch this space! |

| Day 3 and still on track, even went to a birthday party with the kids and the Spanish hostess was pressing food on everyone. Given cake, I wandered off and "lost" it. Might not be the best manners, but best for the figure!! |
