I have a useful tip too, you donīt have to pay and join the WW online site, or be a member. There are loads of great recipes to download and all for free.

I love spicy food and curries were a weak spot. I have been using the WW equivalent recipes and they are great. Not quite as rich as the Real thing, but I guess thatīs the point!

The monthly, or bi-monthly magazine is also a good source of info and recipes. Plus ww bring new cookbooks out on a regular basis. Sometimes all we need is a little more variety.

My group of friends take it in turns to buy the mag and books, then we pass it round. Cuts the costs!

yes, canīt afford the meeting fees on my student grant, but the books are great. Plus obviously I try to keep the fact that I am trying to lose weight private from my mates! Or they tease me!

OK Iīve done it, joined today for the online system. I have spent the last 6 or 7 weeks doing it alone, and this last 2 weeks fell off the wagon and ate pizza and crisps! Lost 4 kg and put 2 back on. No excuse, but perhaps I need the extra support.
Tip, I scoured the web for promotional codes and saved 30 euros ( about 40 dollars ) getting a double discount!
Hope it works, watch this space!

Keep us updated, Iīd love to know if it worth the cash to do that, will you last longer this time with the extra support ?? I can never make my mind up if it is worth it.

Day 3 and still on track, even went to a birthday party with the kids and the Spanish hostess was pressing food on everyone. Given cake, I wandered off and "lost" it. Might not be the best manners, but best for the figure!!
