Has anyone done this? We have had a group at my job for some time, but we had to cancel the most recent session because there were not enough paying members. It is a really great idea though. A WW person comes at lunch time one day a week and weighs everyone in and does the regular meeting.

It really is great, but the WW people want to make it worth their while to come, so you have to have so many paying members. We didn't make it this time around, so a group of us have decided to do it together on our own. We have lunch together every day anyway, so we are going to be each other's peer pressure! We just started today. Wish me luck!

Oh it sounds like you are all on the right track. I am sure it will be really helpful being surrounded by a group of people with the same goal as you.....

GOOD LUCK Very Happy Very Happy

Ok, here's an update. It was our first week at work, and I failed miserably. I felt like there was so much pressure not to eat unhealthily at work that I would binge when I left. I actually stopped at McDonald's on the way to work one morning to get a breakfast burrito (2, actually). I don't think I have ever eaten as poorly as I did this week!!!! I don't know what got into me! Sad

I am sorry to hear that.
But you know how the saying goes, just keep going until you have reached you goal.
Try buying a dress that you like in a smaller size and put some where for you to see all the time.
Tell yourself you are going to fit in that dress then make it happen.

Last week was a little better, and this week has been great so far...as for the dress, I think that is a great idea, unfortunately our finances are not such that I could splurge right now, so I am trying to think of something a little less expensive with the same motivation!
